Founded in 2017 by Noam Kilinsky and Thomas Portmann, TN Capital Investments LLC was built on a vision to transform the Southwest Florida real estate market. Combining decades of experience in investment, construction, and renovation, they began acquiring and developing quality, affordable homes and properties.

With over 45 years of combined experience, Noam Kilinsky and Thomas Portmann lead TN Capital with deep expertise in investment, development, and asset management. Noam brings 20+ years in multifamily construction, HOA investment, and property management, with a proven track record in revitalizing distressed communities and boosting long-term value.

Thomas adds over 25 years of hands-on construction and asset oversight. Known as the “boots on the ground,” he manages property improvements and drives value-creation across the portfolio. Together, they blend strategic vision with practical execution to deliver lasting real estate growth.
