Our History
In 2007 Noam Kilinsky and Thomas Portmann founded TN Capital Investments LLC with an insatiable desire to realize their vision for the Southwest Florida real estate market. With quality, affordable living space in high demand but short supply, Noam and Thomas put their decades of investment, construction and renovation experience to work and began acquiring homes, apartment complexes, and land for development. They are experienced with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate investment industry, skilled in Communication, Management, Leadership and business development.
Today, their dream has become a reality. From single family homes to multi-family complexes and other income producing properties, TN Capital Investments continues to transform Southwest Florida. Noam Kilinsky has worked in multi-family property construction, HOA community investment, and management for 15 years. He specializes in identifying communities in distress and successfully renovating them, attracting dependable tenants and securing higher rent payments. Noam has controlled and managed a large portfolio worth of income producing real estate properties in the Southwest Florida area. Thomas Portmann understands the building process “inside and out”. With over 25 years of experience in owning and managing a successful Canadian building company, Thomas is the “boots on the ground” partner in all of our projects and is trusted by a large network of skilled contractors and tradesmen in our community. His responsibilities include the asset management of existing properties, and overseeing value-creation projects across TN Capital’s portfolio.
